site, requiring careful planning, precision, and coordination.
Scope of work includes:
• Demolition & clearing: Removal o f the existing parking lot and mature landscaping t o prepare
the site for new construction.
• Rock excavation: Controlled rock blasting i n very tight quarters within a dense urban
environment.
• Stormwater management: Installation o f a Stormtech underground detention system t o
meet modern stormwater and environmental requirements.
• Underground utilities: Full site preparation for new sewer, fire protection, and domestic
water services to support the future apartment complex.
